Matteo began his career with a Federal Certificate of Proficiency as a commercial employee at the world leader in civil engineering, where he discovered accounting and quickly developed a genuine passion for the field.

He then joined the leading fruit and vegetable market company in French-speaking Switzerland, where he climbed the ranks from accounting assistant to chief accountant within a few years. During this period, he consolidated his expertise by obtaining the Federal Diploma as a Specialist in Finance and Accounting.

Building on this experience, he took on a new challenge as Chief Financial and HR Officer at a training center, where he broadened his vision to encompass the overall management of an organization.

In 2021, Matteo realized his entrepreneurial ambition by founding MDO Fiduciaire, which became Astra Fiduciaire in 2026 through a merger with Procuratio Finances, with a strong conviction: to make fiduciary services accessible to everyone.
