Mauro initially gained experience in fiduciary firms, where he focused on the accounting, tax, and legal operations of companies. He then joined the finance departments of large groups active in the luxury and watchmaking industries, where his core expertise was focused on optimizing industrial and financial processes.

Concurrently, he solidified his practical knowledge with a federal certificate as a specialist in finance and accounting, followed by a federal diploma as an expert in finance and controlling.

It was therefore a natural progression for Mauro to then establish Procuratio Finances, which became Astra Fiduciaire in 2026 through a merger with MDO Fiduciaire, to offer tailored accounting and financial services to companies focused on safeguarding their assets in the long term.
